This is critical! it makes the packages unusable with variety of tools

Stencil: (Dev) dependencies not included in dist package.json

The stencil builder does not resolve {projectRoot} symbol before trying to load the stencil config.

If you are referring to POM then I suggest not to use it. Not sure what is the value of having classes.
