After setup,the network doesn't work normally

After setup, my repeater can ping gateway normally, and ping other website normally, but when i use my phone connected the repeater's wifi, the bandwidth of network is too low....

I downloaded the code and put it in the package directory, but I couldn't find this package after executing the make menuconfig command, where should I find it and check...
