Thank you very much for adding notes @andrewleech I add other board's files in #15171. Now lib/fsp version is v4.4.0, so [FSP_Packs_v4.4.0.exe](https://github.com/renesas/fsp/releases/download/v4.4.0/FSP_Packs_v4.4.0.exe) would be also necessary.
