Dockerfile no longer builds

The tensorflow/tensorflow:2.2.0-gpu base image that your repo is based on no longer builds. I believe it fails in the apt-get update stage. Switching to the latest tensorflow image also doesn't work because the buit tf_ops seem to be incompatible with the latest tensorflow. downgrading the version on tensorflow in the latest image to 2.2 also didn't seem to work as it's incompatible with the version of python that comes with the latest image. I'm interested in trying your repository but I'm running into quite a few difficulties. What would you suggest?
