一直卡启动界面

卡启动界面，小方块一直转，我是windows系统，自己打包的。 `curl http://localhost:8000/login/refresh`提示拒绝连接 ![图片](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/19683420/55383430-bd213b00-555a-11e9-8a4d-cf2d7d8bc365.png) 没有在hosts启用代理，端口8000也没有被占用

Now it does'nt work anymore.

[Feature] 增加图标在线检索功能
