Happened to me too, also in a Quark giant cave, and the chest was right at the edge. (I believe it may have been half off, but I can't remember.)...
I'm on Windows and I can resolve this issue by installing Firefox 107 and then re-upgrading to the current version. No idea why this works.
I've fixed the problem. I installed Firefox 107, made a new profile, reinstalled the downloadable program, and switched back to my old profiles. They're running in 109.0.1, but the extension...
Tried to update it myself but unfortunately it depends on Fabric Tools which is harder to update.
