Oh, whoops, I just made a bug report for this because I somehow missed seeing this thread. I'm getting the exact issue across two different servers as well.

The reindexing upon open is definitely not *ideal,* it'd be nice if there were a way around that (aside from never closing Obisidian, lol). But I'm REALLY excited about this...

Tried this, but it didn't work. I'd love a workaround where I could turn off automatic creation but hotkey in a TOC when I need it.
