Since this PR fixes import/export bug it is highly needed. We already want to merge #1481 since a long time, but before that #1456 must be finished and merged.

Because of issues with Zarith installation on windows we should keep only sosa_num instead. We are not really dealing with huge numbers and we don't have performance issues on this...
