`etc/gwd` and `etc/gwsetup` should be renamed to `etc/gwd.sh` and `etc/gwsetup.sh`

it changes the Makefile so `etc/gwd` is copied to `$(DISTRIB_DIR)/gwd.sh` when we run `make build`. but we should rename the original files too.

“Alert deprecated: module Stdlib.Stream” warning will be fixed in #1337 I didn't encounter the "illegal backslash escape in string."warning, I don't know why.
