Migrate automatic AppImage build from Travis to GitHub Actions

Currently Linux AppImages are built using Trevis, which is apparently no longer working. It would be really cool to migrate the build system to GitHub Actions.

The SampleApp is terrible in its current state with paths hard-coded from my device. We should rewrite it downloading cores directly from [BuildBot](https://buildbot.libretro.com/) and exposing a file picker for games....
