Keypad Vision all sensors unknown / Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'convertToStatus')

Hello, same problem here... Just purchased a Switchbot Lock Ultra Vsion and cannot get any state from Keypad Vision. Any news frome somewhere? Thanks in advice.
