I'm not sure if this is same issue but: Typing "cm(d)" finds "cmd.exe" but after pressing enter ueli hangs and has to be restarted. 

Same problem for me since several weeks/month now. Where I can find that 'webserver conf' file to try the patch?

In my case nextcloud is running in a docker container. Using grep I found in etc/apache2/ conf-available/security.conf:#Header set X-Frame-Options: "sameorigin" conf-enabled/security.conf:#Header set X-Frame-Options: "sameorigin" ...so it is already commented!?
