This was a great and very useful feature already in like 2013 with the Momap-program I used with my old Getac. You could "record" both line- and areaobjects just choosing...
b). But keep "Set point objekt at GPS position" and add option "Create line/area objekt from temporary path". Would be great:)!
I always activate the "temporary trace" feature when I start, using it to se exaktly where I've been during the whole day. Thats also a check that no "extra" stones...
