`America/Toronto` is reported as an invalid timezone

This project says it supports all timezones from [moment-timezone](https://momentjs.com/timezone/) but when using `America/Toronto` it says it is invalid

I get an error about not being able to find `napi.h` on **Windows.** This only occurs when I use ` "include_dirs": ["
