Why is my vscode showing this, I just installed open in browser extension

I am having the same problem when trying to open an HTML file. I am running Arch Linux and the only browser I have is Brave

Okay I just fixed it by installing a previous version of the extension

I am getting the same error. I tried the fix of making sure I had a default browser too. I tried a previous version and it also gave me an error.

I am on an Apple M1 Pro Macbook, running Visual Studio Code Version: 1.81.0 (Universal).

Has anyone found anything that worked? It use to run fine on my system and I am not sure what changed.
