Yeah it's a good point. You probably already know, but there is a way to do it for all devices, with the "Default renderer" setting and the "Force default renderer"...
Oh yeah I like "media player". It is more descriptive than "renderer". What do you think @UniversalMediaServer/developers ?

Actually the detection was already done in https://github.com/UniversalMediaServer/UniversalMediaServer/issues/4410 The way the 2019+ config is written, it should be fairly future-proof until Samsung changes their naming convention I'm adding more tests...
The generic part is done too at https://github.com/UniversalMediaServer/UniversalMediaServer/pull/4838 So now unrecognized Samsung TVs will use the UHD 2019+ config
