I'm seeing if having a bigger or smaller transcoding buffer changes that audio sync. I'm not sure exactly what is happening.

It doesn't seem to affect it. But in v14 the logspam improvements should make it easier to track what is happening so I will try it there

Yes I have often thought this too. There are legitimately video files with two or more video streams too

@threedguru UMS has some different settings that can help with this, and it will be a matter of trial and error to find the right combination. The 0kb filesize could...
