Could you make a seperate mod or a config in NCR that gets rid of the Player Reporting button for the people that want it? Rejected because "Player Reporting" opens...

The [MC-162253](https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-162253) bug, the core problem which this mod fixes, was fixed in 23w16a. This mod is no longer necessary as of 1.20.
