> Downloading ffmpeg manually and putting both ffmpeg.exe and ffprobe.exe in the same folder as GifTuna.exe fixed this for me. I downloaded this, specifically https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ffmpeg-git-full.7z this worked for me, thanks!
