[Idea] Adding feature to force disable captions

Hi, so basicly what i mean by force disabling captions, is that sometimes youtube is just a little dum and enables it on random videos. So idk like make it...

You know what i mean probably, a quick button on top of the screen to toggle comment, like, share, like/dislike button so you can see more in the screen. Where...

O boi i have a lot of suggestions actually, i hope you will add at least some of them! there are quality of life, and just helpful stuff i suggested...
