The nodes_ref bug happened because the model is not cross-referenced. Regarding, zero length CBUSH, those are not handled for the shear, moment, torque plotter. I’d try to avoid those locations...
You can always try xref=False with model.safe_cross_reference(…) or model.cross_reference(…). You can turn off specific groups like loads. Alternatively, just don’t read LOADs from the input file at all. It should...
