GoodbyeDPl service on a Windows Local Computer he couldn't start it, Error 1067: operation terminated unexpectedly.

@ydbilgin check if `WinDivert64.sys`, `WinDivert.sys`, and `WinDivert.dll` are still present in the folder with GoodbyeDPI's binaries. Possibly the same issue as [this](https://github.com/ValdikSS/GoodbyeDPI/issues/327).
