Hey, do not use this plugin. use the other one phpsaml https://github.com/DonutsNL/phpsaml2

You have the wiki in this link : https://github.com/derricksmith/phpsaml/wiki follow it step by strep and you will be able to configure the plugin.

Update: I have found the solution. We can to replace the phrase 'Login with' with our desired phrase at line 191 in the following file : /glpi/plugins/inc/toolbox.class.php
