Do you just want to use the ``` c# .TagWith("...") ``` functionality? And why is this not supported now ?
If it's defined on IQueryable, you can just use it ? So why this issue ?
But the question remains : is this functionality which belongs in LinqKit?

@eli-darkly I think I cannot really help you on this question. Does maybe upgrading your unit-test project to .NET Core 3.x help?
