Same issue. I have a 466-page PDF (and each page is a table). The [Camelot](https://camelot-py.readthedocs.io/en/master/) Python package does the job for me, but it takes a long time to run...

(For anyone out there who finds this thread:) I use a Creative Commons license, so I changed "All Rights Reserved." to "Some Rights Reserved." by replacing the contents of `layouts/partials/footer.html`...

I also got this error (EndeavourOS), tried a few things (`yay java-openjfx`, `yay java8-openjfx` => could not build), and gave up.
