I've only a few (4) DS18B20 running without pullups. When `SetOption74` was set, I had no problems till now.
It is working fine in 14.0.0.1
Only for information: I just tested the latest dev 14.3.0.1 on a "plain" ESP32 and it is working without problems.

Is it possible to write the data into a file? So they can be investigated later. Doing this in the car is not very comfortable.
