The ZIP version has the same exact behavior.
As of the latest release (106.0.5237.0), the extensions page is now showing properly.  I think we can close this issue.

In case of the AUR package - yea, no problem, you can download snapshot with all the files needed.
The flag causes the same issue as the launch option. Though it seems failing just with `basic` and `gnome-keyring`, the rest work fine, and passwords appear.
