更新到node16能用的最新electron版本，以获得更好的wayland与hidpi支持。 未经广泛验证，仅在Linux下测试大部分主要功能正常，还没在windows下测试。 相关： #2265 #2300
问题： 使用`--enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland --enable-wayland-ime`出现：只有第一次正常显示，关闭窗口后（无论是killall还是最小化），均不能再次显示。（deb方式与Appimage均相同），使用xwayland表现正常。没有任何值得注意的stdout信息，与xwayland下一致，除了没有界面显示。 Debian trixie Hyprland 0.43.0
