I really don't know what's going on. There's not enough detail or steps to help troubleshoot your issue.

Try using Open Core Legacy Patcher and put it on a USB stick. Boot from it, then quickly select your drive from OCLP's boot loader. Recommend a clean install and Monterey 12.1
