Yes. I just found it today actually. It is open source and works with Open Core.

To note it is possible to use Big Mac with Open Core and I have been doing my own experiments myself with it before SurPlus.

I will be testing SurPlus and continue on integrating my work with Open Core Legacy Patcher. I may start off with some specific instructions to follow before any deep integration is made, but we already have the green light from the maker of OCLP to allow BigMac to be integrated with the preface that they are given the chance to review the design before any official release.
