ARM is different architecture so it would require different drivers.
Standard APTX should work with normal drivers. This repo containts file that is extracted from official drivers from dell website. If there are no ARM drivers that would have this...

It affects Asus Prime X470-PRO as well. There is a driver for Asus but it allows only readout of values through WMI.
