I'm having the same issues. I can't seem to find the security tab to change to less secure settings. Where is that?

So the above worked, but it won't complete a back up. Keeps failing. It shows my last back up from December 2016 and wants to backup 30k+ messages :(

"Security" is under Google settings... Not Gmail. My backup keeps failing once it gets to about 500-700 messages. I have like 34k. I definitely do not want that many dups...

Mine doesn't work with or without 2-step. Hopefully this is fixed soon. I hope it doesn't back-up a bunch of duplicates once it is repaired
