All giveaway stuff should be working now

If u update this to java 13 I will accept the commit as due to the plugins we have installed it only works on java 13+

The playlist commands are gonna be majorly re-written expect it to be complete in a couple days.

I was actually able to successfully implement this. I'll add the code to this comment on the weekend.

Are you listening to the nodeError and nodeDisconnect events aswell?
