@ne20002 That is the result of the "block common exploits" option in Nginx Proxy Manager. You can view its contents [here](https://github.com/NginxProxyManager/nginx-proxy-manager/blob/develop/docker/rootfs/etc/nginx/conf.d/include/block-exploits.conf).
