Crashing also happens with Dualsense 5, so this issue is probably related to mod compatibilty,
Crafting crash seems to have been resolved after deleting all controllify files and reinstalling controllify.
Reactivation via CMD solves this issue. As per documentation: Reactivate your ADS via the command line
