Can report crashing for Linux Mint 22.0 too.
I tested this with a datum plane attached to a datum line and it seems the issue persists.  
Could this issue be directly involved with the InertialCS map mode? As I believe I saw something similar perhaps with other objects other than sketches or datum planes.
@DeepSOIC doesn't the linear array use only a single value for the step and not an array of values?

Both solutions seemed to have worked so thanks. But it would be good to take a look into somehow fixing this so that normal points can be used.
