Added property check on Tika responses

Occasionally, Apache Tika responses may not include an `X-TIKA:content` property, causing the following error to be thrown: `PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$X-TIKA:content` on line 159 in `search/engine/elastic/classes/enrich/text/tika.php`.

Cache the version to minimize requests and prevent the `Call to undefined method search_elastic\guzzle_exception::getBody()` error.

The validator `PARAM_URL` does not permit the use of usernames and passwords in URLs for authenticating against an external service.
