Using steam beta (Dec 10th 2022), this issue is occurring for me on Archlinux with compiling from source, and using arma3-unix-launcher-bin from AUR
I've used both arm3-unix-launcher-bin, arma3-linux-launcher-git, and manually compiled from source from this repo. The issue remains.
I'm gonna toss it up to Archlinux being broken. I'm on Fedora to test network issues I am having which are still occuring, but the launcher seems to work fine...
