Question: How to use `present_with_transaction` on metal?

Hello, I am writing a UI application that is sensitive to resizing. The fix on macOS seems to require [this](https://github.com/gfx-rs/gfx/pull/3627). How do I use the `present_with_transaction` option from `wgpu_native`? Thanks.
