10 locations is at [the very bottom of the range](https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/wiki/Judge-Case#notability) the NSI uses to determine brand notability.

https://drobaleks.pl/mapa-sklepow/ lists only eight locations, and brands typically need [10-30 locations](https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/wiki/Judge-Case#notability) to be included in the NSI.

This seems like less of a "fix" and more like a proposal to add tags that I'm not sure the NSI should be involved with.
