Note: Rusi is [now in the NSI](https://nsi.guide/index.html?t=brands&k=shop&v=motorcycle&tt=rusi#rusi-7f0c43), but lacks the Wikidata item needed for it to appear in OSM editors as a preset.

Both `cuisine=chili_con_carne` and `cuisine=cincinnati_chili` would be completely new key-value pairs according to [taginfo](https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/cuisine#values), so the best place to start this discussion is probably https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Key:cuisine.

Clerical note: there was some discussion at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/cuisine-chili-cincinnati-chili-vs-chili-con-carne/119273. It's not clear what needs to be changed on our end based on that input, if anything.
