and in other (old) dms versions everythink works
Surprisingly, the problem got fixed when using proxychains with socks5 proxy (vpn didn't help) (the problem sometimes reappears but doesn't matter to me, so everything works fine).

Operation of the adapter in AP mode becomes hell (clients are disconnected, WiFi network disappears), only restarting AP or reconnecting the adapter to usb port helps
The errors in dmesg are the same
