I can confirm that this issue exists. I had a daily alarm as 23:00 and it did not went off after switch to DST occurred on 26th of March 2023
I am getting this error on OpenWrt 23.05.4 TP-Link Archer C7 v5 straight after a reboot. 2.4 Ghz wifi is not working because of this. 5 Ghz wifi works fine....
