You replace "YOURTOKEN" with the generated token and send the HTTP request. The Postman tool may help you, but you can also do it in the browser. Does it help?

I could be that I had the same issue. I fixed it with this steps for me: 1. Load a Backup from v3.4.1 2. Update again to the v3.5.0
