Some tiles are missing

$ gdal2tiles-multiprocess.py --leaflet --processes=6 -p raster -z 0-4 -w none karta.jpg /tiles $ gdal2tiles-multiprocess.py --leaflet --processes=2 -p aster -z 0-4 -w none karta.jpg /tiles

Some tiles are missing

When using 2 cores, this bug does not occur

Add support for Windows operating system

ok. I will test it under ubuntu 18.04 and python 3.8.0

close connection on unbind

And make a reconnect tcp session after few (Timeout) seconds....
