The profile page should not be a listview but rather be a nicely crafted page. Fix #436

The current one is too much populated, it would be better to separate settings in multiple categories. Following the Android material settings specs.

Remove the «Create a groupchat» item until groups are working

Leaving it as it may lead users to deception. Removing the options until groupchats are not implemented seems to be the best option. Else the user might think the app...

Look at how messenger do it, icons are on top of the message field, which looks less weird. Also consider adding a «keyboard» icon in first position and enable it...

Contacts avatars should be cached.

This is a top priority issue as it may leads to : - Privacy leaks ; - Unability to bootstrap nor to join the network.
