I'm running 27.0.1 and the issue still occurs in skype, It does not occur in the preview window, only a call. this a 720p webcam. I'm not using any effects...

This does not happen with slobs, oddly enough. I don't know what they've changed. Actually, webcam source doesn't work at all in obs anymore.
