Game screen isn't resizing with the window

Like the title is saying, it doesn't resize. This also happens with the configuration window. Tested on Ubuntu but I can also reproduce this on Windows. Screenshots:

Ability to kick other people

It would be nice if the host could kick other people in the room

~~This is currently still crashing.~~ This has been fixed. Rumble just doesn't work on the DS4 controller.

Allow changing settings while emulation is running

e.g. graphic or controller settings.

At least it doesn't work on my iPhone.

Because editing the ini file is annoying on iOS and we need debug logs to, well, debug. Or well at least it helps with debugging specific issues.
