FYI there is now a PR for M1 support on the upstream Dolphin: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9441 Hopefully it’ll be merged in the future to allow Dolphin to run on M1 Macs natively.

You could self compile the pull request, or wait until it’s merged
