Upgraded to the latest pip and now I am basically unable to do anything as I am getting exception on any attempt to install or upgrade one of my packages...

I am not sure who is responsible for this as I am not deeply familiar to the inner workings of pip, pip-audit, setuptools, etc.., however... whoever introduced this is stupid...
